This was the weekend we had been waiting for since New Years, yes that's how excited we were! Perfect weather - check! Great company - check! Gorgeous sunsets - check! Our accommodation was stunning, we stayed at the Copthorne Hotel and Resort Bay of Islands. A short walk from our room down to the waters edge, eek - the view was amazing.
