A mid March maternity session was in need for our fourth daughter Krissy, preganant with her fourth child due in April. We headed to our go to spot in Centennial Drive in Matamata.  With Krissy looking as stunning as ever, we decided for her final maternity session we would just do this one solo - no hubby or children, after all we can get family photos once little man is born. He was born the day before his actual due date and on his big brothers due date (two years previously). Little Jackson Xavier Boberg. Second son of Nick and Ella and little brother of Nathan.  I picked out his great grandfathers nose immediately, poor little Jackson I giggled.  He had a mass of dark hair which really throw me as I was expecting him to be bald or close to it like his big brother.  Although we knew he wasn't going to be big, he seemed so teeny weeny to me.  Just three short hours after his birth we got to meet Jackson.  While his mum and dad were walking To View More >>

Maddy is the olderst and wow she is a model in the making.  Kaiah is next and her smile just lit up my camera and then as if I wasn't happy enough little Anya, what a little firecracker she had me in fits.   They reminded me why I do this.  I love capturing children just doing what they do best - to play and explore.  While I like to give them a little direction now and then To View More >>

" There has never been, nor will there ever be, anything quite so special as the love between the mother and a son." This quote sums up these two perfectly. I had a lovely session with this wee Mumma and her boy Kaiden yesterday afternoon. To say these two have been through a storm is probably an understandment!   A few months ago this beautiful sole was making arrangements for a wedding that is no longer on the cards.  Instead she finds herself making a new home for Kaiden and herself and setting about finding her new normal. I think even the strongest of woman, and To View More >>
